I love octopus, but the tentacle saucily sliding off of the plate is a little awkward… and the presentation with the whole tentacles curled around the seafood in the middle is giving human small & large intestine anatomical illustration
UncleRuso
is this that place in queens? same street as a arabian chocolate shop that’s on the corner?

Would love to eat that!
RailGun256

Hamido!?

I don’t think I could finish that (grams wise). I love those two seafoods, for me only shark meat is more favoured.

I am such a picky eater, and I know I would never be brave enough to try it and I almost certainly wouldn’t like it.
But I love how good it looks and I love that people enjoy it. Gives me hope one day my damn taste buds will get over their aversion for anything that comes out of the sea haha.

Octopus is one of those dishes I always hesitate to order—it’s pricey, and so easy to get wrong. How was it?
Spaghetti_on_ice
Abuqir?
Effective_Double54
They just killed a giant octopus
bigrigtexan
How much of the octopus is edible? Because that looks like a ton of food if you can eat all of a tentacle.
xiaopewpew

How’s the tenderness? For me, there is an extremely fine line between being absolutely amazing and overcooked and tough to the point of being inedible.

Eating Octopuses should be a crime.

Don’t they get rubbery the bigger they are? I also wonder about the size of the octopus these came from.
AK_MoonMoon
It looks like a xenomorph
katchaa
Do you also eat the suction cups, or do you leave that over?
BuffDrBoom
That’s barbaric
Square_Ad849
Lucky you, looks great and not leftover stale unrotated food you would get at a slow restaurant
Ok_Mammoth5292

I have a rule about eating anything that can open a jar.

The texture on that octopus looks spot on. When it gets that golden edge without turning rubbery, you know the kitchen actually knows what they’re doing.
